Application: Shake well before use. Do not apply directly to pole. Apply to clean dry skin, before warming up. This will help to stop the sweat before it begins. It can be applied all over the body. Before applying more product it is a great idea to reactivate the grip by touching a sweaty part of your body or spraying on some Make Me Dewy spray, water or alcohol.
